Setup Kyno

Kyno has some required scopes, but you can choose not to allow access to some if you prefer the app not to be able to access that info.

Required permissions

These permissions are required for the app to work.

  • Account - Account Settings

  • User - Memberships

  • User - User Details

Setup

Using the setup link with the required scopes auto selected lets you use all features in Kyno. This is the recommended way to use Kyno.

You can setup your own key with less permissions if it's required. You will just not get access to all of Kyno.

  1. From the Kyno login page, tap on the "Get API Token" button (This has the required scopes encoded in the url).

  2. Login with your Cloudflare account.

  3. Then you can select the accounts you want the token to have access to or leave on all.

  4. Then scroll to the bottom and tap "Continue to summary"

  5. The tap on "Create token"

  6. Copy the token and paste into Kyno.
